Exploration Properties
Ortoire
To date we have achieved significant exploration success on the Ortoire block, with three successful exploration wells that have added over 53,030 Mboe of 2P reserves. The block still offers vast potential, featuring 29,560 net acres of exploration opportunities, with 14 potential prospects identified targeting the prolific Herrera fairway and the Cretaceous formation.
Cipero
Cipero features 23,939 net acres of exploration opportunities within the Retrench and Herrera sands, targeting depths from 4,500 to 10,000 feet. Additionally, it offers prospects in the Cretaceous formation, targeting depths from 13,500 feet and beyond.
Charuma
Charuma features 58,227 net acres of exploration opportunities within the Nariva sands, targeting depths from 2,000 to 5,000 feet. Additionally, it offers prospects in the Cretaceous formation, accessible at depths of 7,000 feet and beyond.
Rio Claro
The Rio Claro licence was executed on November 5, 2024 and encompasses 25,586 net acres. Strategically located adjacent to the Ortoire block, the Rio Claro licence acreage surrounds the Balata East field, marking a vital extension of Touchstone’s exploration and development focus within the Herrera Formation fairway. Proprietary seismic data highlights several promising Herrera Formation anomalies, which extend from the Ortoire block into the Rio Claro Licence acreage, situated in structurally favorable up-dip positions. Seismic interpretation reveals that both the Royston anomaly in the Herrera Formation and the Kraken anomaly in the Cretaceous Formation extend into the Rio Claro licence acreage.
