Take care to avoid fraudulent communications purporting to be on behalf of companies within the Touchstone Group. Recent incidents have occurred involving organizations falsely claiming to recruit on behalf of Touchstone. These organizations, purporting to either work for or be affiliated with Touchstone, often request the applicant to divulge personal information and/or provide some form of payment.
Please note that Touchstone does not (nor do any of the organizations that recruit on our behalf) ever ask for money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor would we collect personal information such as passport numbers during the application process. All individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from Touchstone, whether directly or indirectly are always required to go through a formal recruitment process including an in-person interview.
Noticeable points of such communications are that the communications come from non-Touchstone e-mail addresses (e.g. from a yahoo.com or Gmail address); the use of English is poor; and that money is requested at some stage. If you receive such proposals, we would advise you to contact your local police and provide them with all information you may have from the senders (email addresses, phone/fax details, etc.).
